The whole reason I bought the MDM tools is because it was one of the few I found that said they could unlock a Novatel Ovation MC760. I'm having problems doing this and could use some assitance. When I try unlocking the card I get the below message:

I've been playing with this modem some more and still am unable to unlock this device. The report above says try using a different sim card without a Pin. This device does not have a removable sim card nor is it locked using a pin. I have used the Sprint smartview software and I was able to lock and unlock the device using the software. The Pin number is the last 4 digits of the phone number previously used on this card (see below). The information below is direct from the sprint smartview modem info. IF I had active service I could connect to sprint without a pin. So why is your software telling me it can't read the modem when the sprint sofware is able to read it fine? I would appriciate some assistance on this.

I don't know if this makes a difference, but the carrier for this modem is Cbeyond. I believe they just subcontract through sprint so the unlock codes should be the same as Sprints. If you need anything else please let me know.

It has been 2.5 weeks since my original post, do you have any update on this for me? I do have the Nck files and the NV files read from this modem if that would help you expidite this process.
